This combination gives the pots a distinct character. The Vikos pot is made of high-quality stainless steel with walls that are 0.5 mm thick. The multi-layered base distributes heat evenly, allowing food to cook faster, which translates into lower energy consumption and greater savings. An additional advantage is the scale on the inside of the wall, which facilitates measuring. The pot has a comfortable, stay-cool black plastic handle and two side spouts that facilitate pouring liquids. NOTE: Before first use, read the instructions. To avoid damage to stainless steel cookware (spots, coatings, corrosion pits) caused by salt, bring the liquid to a boil before adding salt. After adding the salt, stir the contents well. During cooking, slight discoloration, black or brown spots, may appear on the bottom of pots. These do not affect the cooking process or the nutritional value of the food.
