Your enameled cast iron pot doesn?t need to be completely seasoned like a traditional cast iron pan. There is, however, a thin border of exposed cast iron along the rim of the body and lid that needs to be seasoned in order to protect the surface. Suitable for all cooking hobs – electric, gas, ceramic, halogene and indiction. Don?t put in dishwasher!
